About Me (Mike Koepke)

I have always been captivated by the beauty of God’s creation, and have been trying to capture it since I got into photography during college (back in the years of film). The transition to digital photography completely revitalized my love of the art, and also made it way easier to edit and print photographs. Back in 2015, I purchased my first (real) drone and discovered a new perspective for viewing and capturing the world.

Looking for a way to finance my passion, I entered the world of real estate photography, which I have come to enjoy just about as much as landscape photography. This past year, I got connected with Evolve Vacation Rentals as a photographer, which has allowed me to view and photograph many really unique properties.

While I primarily focus on landscape and real estate photography, I am available for other photo opportunities. I am, admittedly, more of a places and things photographer than a people photographer, though I have helped out with weddings and portraits (under duress ;-).
